What in the world was this woman thinking when she went out to party. I guess she was not thinking at all.
Why wear the skirt?
The lack of self respect that seems to come over young women during spring break is really shocking.
I have to wonder why this girl even bothered wearing a skirt at all and if all of her under garments are in the wash.
I guess the skirt is just there to keep her out of jail for indecent exposure but she may already be pushing her luck if she wears this on the streets of South Padre Island Texas.
Leave something to the imagination! Is it just me or is this too much?
