Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag showed up at the Fifth Annual Spike TV Video Game Awards at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.  Both were dressed to impress, with Heidi donning a grey/silver spaghetti strap dress (and showing off her best assets), and Spencer opting for the classic pinstripe suit in matching grey.

It seems that Spencer’s fame has rubbed off on his younger sister Stephanie.  The 21-year-old recently detailed her dark side in an intimate interview. 

First stop- smoking pot at age 15.   “In a matter of months, I was on to other things.  I was a blackout drinker too.  Once in history class, I was so high that when the teacher wasn’t looking, I asked a girl to feel my heart. It was beating so fast I thought I was going to die.”

Stephanie was finally arrested for shop lifting over $1,300 in merchandise.  “Getting arrested was a blessing.  I don’t think I would have been able to get off drugs without that wake-up call.”
